In the Triton Training Center Westend
you train with endurance performance equipment which measures automatically your heart rate (pulse) and which adapts the intensity of the exposure to that heart rate. Therefore, it is possible to train for a long time with a constant heart rate determined in advance.
The endurance training increases the toughness of your body. The flow characteristics of your blood will ameliorate and, therefore, you guard against blood clots. Further, the immune system and the vegetative nervous system will be stabilized (ameliorated tolerance of stress, anti-depressive effect).
